Shipping policy

All items are pre-ordered products which may take 2-6 weeks time for delivery after the completion. Local shipping is carried out by a local carrier and charges may vary from time to time. 
Bespoke items will vary according to designs and availability of materials. Please contact club.broque@gmail.com for further inquiries on it.
Shipping charges on return products will be carried by the customer locally and internationally and all customs and exchange rate charges will be covered by the customer. 
Delays may happen and will be notified accordingly during the time of covid.
Shipping charges depend on the weight locally and internationally.
For international shipping, the charges are based on the weight of products. A flat fee based on the amount ordered is charged. 
Broqué will not be responsible for any extra charges or customs upon receiving the products as it may vary according to various country rules and regulations. The customer is responsible for all charges.
